- 1/2 day: £75
- 1 day: £105
- 2 days: £200
- 3 days: £300
- 4 days: £400

Default day rate rule: £105/day for 3.5T resources.
7.5T rates
- 7.5T 3 horses with living: 1 day £175, 2 days £350, 3 days £525, 4 days £700, 5 days £875, 6 days £1050, week £1225
- 7.5T 4 horses no living: default £165/day
- Weekend rule (Saturday/Sunday) for 1 day: £200/day (living), £175/day (no living)
- Weekend-start rule for 2 days: £400 (living), £350 (no living)
Pre-payment rule: £75 for 3.5T and £100 for 7.5T.
Booking, forms, and before collection
- Refundable security deposit hold: £200 (card pre-authorisation)
- First hire: complete long form; hired within 3 months: short form
- DVLA licence check code must be submitted in form
- Forms must be in the driver’s name and proof of address is required on collection
Time-related settings
- Pickup start window: 07:00 to 15:00 on working days, quarter-hour intervals
- 3.5T preset durations: 1/2 day (6h), 1 day (12h), 2 days (36h), 3 days (50h), 4/5/6 days, week
- 7.5T preset durations: 1 day (12h), 2 days (36h), 3 days (50h), 4/5/6 days, week
Fuel, mileage, and charges
- Return with full tank of diesel
- 300 miles per paid day included, then 30p/mile
- ULEZ, congestion, Dart/CAZ and similar charges are the hirer’s responsibility
- Insurance excess: £400
